Purpose. Fresno Call Centers is an industry-led association of call center leaders and managers located in the Greater Fresno Region.
The purpose of our call center industry cluster is to strengthen the competitiveness of call centers in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Our goal is to help existing call centers provide quality employment opportunities for our community and region. We are also committed to making our region an attractive place for call centers that are starting up or wanting to relocate.
Background. Fresno Call Centers was originally convened in November 2003 by leaders of the Fresno Regional Jobs Initiative, a unique public-private partnership to create 30,000 net new jobs in the Greater Fresno Region in the next five years. The “information processing” industry, which includes call centers, was identified as a large and important employment center by Regional Jobs Initiative officials. Fresno Call Centers was formed to support and strengthen the industry in Central California.

connect and provide resources to industry leaders to help strengthen their businesses,
promote employment in the industry,
provide information to call center employees on custom services available to those working in the industry,
provide information needed by call center managers looking to relocate their operations to the West Coast.
Participating call centers can post job openings and applicants looking for work can apply for those positions online. In addition, this Website will allow call centers to share information on dress codes, attendance incentives, motivational programs, and similar items of mutual interest.
Currently, use of the Web site is free of charge for participating call centers although charges for job postings and use of other features may apply at some future point to cover Website hosting and maintenance costs. To become a participating call center with unrestricted access to the Website, you must attend at least two call center meetings per year. Check the calendar for upcoming dates, times, locations, and discussion topics so you can qualify for all the benefits available to those in the call center industry cluster! |
